Adults and Children above 12 years : 2 teaspoons (10 mL) 3 times daily.
Children 6-12 years : 1 teaspoon (5 mL) 3 times daily.
Children 2-5 years : 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 mL) 3 times daily.
